Yellow Ball Tennis Camp

Designed for players preparing for (or currently playing) high school tennis, the Yellow Ball Tennis Camp builds strong technical skills, match confidence, and tactical awareness. Campers receive structured training in all fundamental strokes of the modern game, with dedicated time for singles and doubles strategy, point construction, and competitive play. A morning or afternoon half-day option allows flexibility for busy summer schedules.

Typical Day at Camp
- Warm-up, footwork, and hand–eye coordination drills
- Tennis Session #1 (stroke work + drilling)
- Break / tennis film review / hydration
- Tennis Session #2 (patterns + situational play)
- Lunch (full-day only)
- Serving & return practice
- Tennis Session #3 (live ball + tactical drills)
- Break/Hydration
- Matches and competitive play
