Camp Policies

Weather Updates

For camps held outdoors, families will be notified by email of any location changes due to inclement weather prior to the start of camp.

Medication

If your child is prescribed epinephrine (EpiPen) or an inhaler, the medication must be brought to camp, regardless of whether your child is attending half-day or full-day camp.

Food & Hydration Policy

  • Please pack a nut-free snack for all campers.
  • Full-day campers must also bring a nut-free lunch in an insulated lunch bag with a freezer pack.
  • Please send your child with a refillable water bottle each day.

Campers have
regular access to water throughout the day due to the athletic nature of the camp. On hotter days, staff will schedule additional hydration breaks to ensure all campers stay safe, comfortable, and energized.
